He begins to repeat portions of The Nameless Serpent's message, citing the call to sacrifice and the echoes of The Second Bonfire when so many threw themselves into the flames for Mother Agora.
Elsewhere, this dark madness extends to Lady Fielding, his trusted guard, who upon feeling the shame of failing her duties, flees to the forest and takes her own life; comitting her spirit to the depths of The Void. Upon realizing her love's demise, Eira the Wyrd let the darkness claim her as well.
