The Stalwart Fortress houses the Concord of Research.
The Stalwart is also inhabited by Luta, the Beacon, broadcaster of a great and overpowering font of knowledge that casts visions and fears into all minds who gather near it. Only those who carry Field Notes, or have remained within the Stalwart Fortress are able to withstand the madness of these visions.
