Yogg, The Eye is brother to Yorn, and after The Kingdom of the Enlightened was established he witnessed many torn apart beyond Her glory. Yogg was sent a Codex of Mother Agora, in a beam of searing light. Through it, he obtained the highest form of her knowledge. This process transformed him into The Eye of Her Glory, and his vision ensures all follow her path.
Rita mentioned Yogg's Tower in her final memories and that we must remember the numbers of the machine.
