¶ About
The Nameless Charter was once a traveling merchant in the Forsaken Lands, full of mirth and charm. One night, it is said he was visited by the Nameless Serpent in a dream, who spit in his barrel of ale, encouraging him to bring forth his "sustenance" and "nox" to the inhabitants of the Forsaken Lands.
The next day, the Nameless Charter took a sip of the brew only to find himself in an abnormally elevated state of being and resolved to share this euphoric mix with all and spread the joy of the Serpent.
From this vision, he crafted the Jester's Wand and Fool's Cap as emblems of laughter and delight. The barrel of nox never emptied and a serpent, Tentacle of the Nameless, became his mount.
As he traversed the land, he gained a following, addicted to the Noxium Brew. It quickly became apparent that some who consumed it turned agressive and violent, begetting destruction. Perturbed by this corruption, the Charter fled to the Valley to isolate access to the Noxium Brew.
He became despondent, shedding his cap and wand and moving more insular into the Vallety even as travelers continued to seek it out. The Nameless Charter came into contact with Yuria, and with the Turlo immune to the brew's negative effects, he enlisted their aid in keeping the Valley closed from those seeking it.
This changed overtime as the crusades of Yogg and Yorn etched away the Turlo defense. The Nameless Charter bore witness to the Immolation of Yuria, surviving it and becoming "soot" and "ash" in perfect reflection of his hopeless soul.
¶ The 18th Cycle
The Nameless Charter participated in the both the first and second skirmishes in the Battle of Her Church and was documented to have slayed 12.
-Soul 1668 was consumed by a monstrous beast from the Nameless Charter.
-Soul 2923 was trampled by those intoxicated by the Noxium brew.
-Soul 3772 was suffocated by the toxic fumes of the Nameless Charter.
-Theodore, the Thespian was driven to hysteria by the Nameless Charter's blue eyes.
-Elamnelim was ruptured by the never ending laughter incited by the Nameless Charter.
-Gustavus the Healer was dissolved by a large bottle of Noxium Acid.
-Wagon was bathed in acid from the Nameless Charter.
-Theodore the Pilgrim was bit by the Nameless Charter's Serpent.
-Soul 2289 was driven mad by the stare of the Nameless Charter.
-Soul 4799 was sacrificed by the Nameless Charter.
-Soul 1122 was melted by the Nameless Charter's brew.
-Soul 2609 was disintegrated by the Noxium Brew.
¶ Traits
The Nameless Charter possesses striking blue eyes which can drive those who stare too long into hysteria.
The Nameless Charter is capable of utilizing toxic fumes against enemies in addition to weaponizing Noxium Brew to intoxicate, melt, and disentegrate them.
The Nameless Charter is associated with the Concord of The Grand Jester.
