Goldbeard, the Pirate King, was known as a pioneer to some and bandit to others. Tales of his adventures take the form of legends across The Forsaken Lands.
As his renown increased, he worked on his vision of creating The Golden Vessel, which could take him beyond The Forsaken Lands.
He was said to have found a way to move beyond this world after his travels to the East. His golden armor has strangely materialized through the Portal of Grem, yet it appears to have no soul within.

The Lost King is one of the Lost Travelers who came to The Forsaken Lands through the Portal of Grem when 11 souls were sacrificed for its sake.
