Gregor the Savant is a member of The Stalwart, residing in a chamber within Stalwart Fortress.
He is very old, surviving some Past Cycles. Though, his body is devastated and required technology powered by The Artificial God to keep him alive.
He once came into contact with Luta the Beacon and gained the gift of perfect memory. Researchers at the Stalwart Fortress have used him as a recording device, whispering in his ear so that their findings may never be forgotten.
Gregor answered some questions for the pilgrims during a council, and posed one of his own.
Shortly after Rita was free from The Prisons of Yore, he grew weary of living and chose to end his life.
Before he passed, he gave the travelers Luta's Silver Compass.
